Challenge 1: Scream

Scream. As loud as possible. You can be alone or with others. It gives you an opportunity to step out of your comfort zone, let your voice be heard and relieve some pressure.

It doesn't have to be long, you don't have to be fast. Just get outside, fill your lungs with fresh air and stretch your legs. You'll feel refreshed and may even get to enjoy some beautiful scenery. When you feel confident, challenge yourself- run faster, longer but be careful not to overexert yourself.
